Voltage Coffee Supply offers a 30-day return policy on most equipment and accessories to ensure you are completely satisfied with your specialty coffee setup. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  • 2.
    Pack Securely

    Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our designated returns center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once received, our technicians will inspect the equipment for quality assurance and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
